BIT5705.tmp is Malware?

I have a file. I delete it again and again but it is downloaded by itself. That .tmp file about 144 mb. What is it? Anybody know? (sorry for my bad english)

please help me..!

Thanks for direction, but I open that file with Notepad++ and I saw some unmeaning words, than I saw under the codes like that:

#34 "An application has made an attempt to load the C runtime library incorrectly.

#35 Please contact the application's support team for more information."

#36 NUL NUL NUL NUL NUL NUL

.

.

#909499 ....

then I think that, I should update this : Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 SP1 Redistributable Package (x86)

maybe it solves the problem. I use repair func. of this update than I delete BIT5705.tmp

Now it had not come back, if it will come back, I write again.
