Hello,

I have purchased Malwarebyte last month and been using it but recently I had to re-install it and I have to enter the product ID and number but I can't remember what are they? I looked in all of my emails and could n''t find any information about the purchase or the payment.

however it's showing in my bank statement that I paid for it and I have contacted Cleverbridge customer service and TrialPay support and they can't help me. and I have been with no protection for over two weeks now.

what do you want me to do? I do need my product ID and number as soon as possible.

Thank you

Since you are a paying customer, I recommend that you contact Malwarebytes support directly by filling in the form at this link, or by using their online helpdesk system at this link. ;)

Hi:

In addition to GT500's suggestions...

however it's showing in my bank statement that I paid for it and I have contacted Cleverbridge customer service and TrialPay support and they can't help me.

If you purchased MBAM online, then the folks at Cleverbridge ought to be able to find your purchase information, with your license ID & key.

Just in case you need it, here is their detailed contact info:

cs@cleverbridge.com

Phone: +1-866-522-6855

Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM (CST)

Also, their contact info can be found here.

Be sure to give them the same email address you used when you made the purchase.

-->>>If you purchased MBAM in a box, then the license ID and key will be in there, instead. :)

AFAIK The MBAM folks for whom GT500 provided the contact info don't handle purchase transactions, but perhaps they might be able to assist you anyway... :)

and I have been with no protection for over two weeks now.

I hope you mean only that you have been without the added, layered **MBAM** protection for over two weeks?

One would hope that you still have the primary protection of your anti-virus?

MBAM is NOT an anti-virus, nor is it a substitute for one.

This KB topic explains this in a bit more detail: Does Malwarebytes Anti-Malware replace antivirus software?

So, while you sort out your licensing issues, if you really have been without protection for two weeks, it would be advisable to install a robust anti-virus, either free or paid, and to scan your system to check for any nasties.

There are many excellent options, a few of which are mentioned in this sticky topic: Free Antivirus Recommendations.

Just a thought.

Good luck!
