Partial Protection Enabled

For some reason Malware keeps telling me only partial protection is enabled. I tried resetting it and the problem continues, even after a total computer shut down and reboot. From a previous post I found the DDS test. and wanted to provide the info it gave me.

Any assistance on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Please create an mbam-check log:

  • Download mbam-check.exe from here and save it to your desktop
  • Double-click on mbam-check.exe to run it, it should then open a log file
  • Please do not copy and paste the entire contents of the log into your next post, instead please attach the log CheckResults.txt file which should now be located on your desktop to your next post

I have performed the steps listed in the link. Was there something else I should do?
