ok so i understand why it blocked it now lets say i didn't have malwarebytes protection at the time that happened would anything bad of happened?

No, most likely not as connecting to these IPs was simply the result of the fact that Skype is a form of Peer-to-Peer (P2P) software meaning it uses IP addresses from all over the world, including other Skype users, so it just happened in this case that one of the IPs it connected to was also on our IP block list for having done something malicious such as hosting malware, however it is most unlikely that simply connecting to that IP with Skype would have resulted in any problems or infection. Had it been your internet browser however, that would be a very different story.

is there anyway for me to see the IPs on the blocklist so i can just check them or no?

Unfortunately not, however, if you wish to look up an IP or URL you may access hpHosts Online. It is the online database of websites/IPs maintained by our own malicious website research team.

keep in mind Skype has ads as well, so the blocks could be from those.
