How do I remove Sweetpacks?

Just noticed this little critter and I can't find a way to remove it. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Ok, I purchased the Pro edition and ran a scan, it detected nothing. What's my next step please?

Glad you got the PRO version, it will reduce your chances of getting infected in the future....

It was not a requirement for you to go out and purchase the Pro Edition in order to get help, but I am sure they appreciate your business.... That being said, you next step is to click on the link I provided Available Assistance for Possibly Infected Computers and follow the instructions there....

Additionally, so we're clear, if the only reason you purchased the Pro version was to receive support and didn't really desire to purchase a Pro license for the sake of protecting your computer, then please do contact our Support team here and request a refund. We do not want any of our users or customers to feel pressured into buying the Pro version just to get help with their computers. We offer assistance for free to all users, not just our paid users.
