i have Trojan.0Access and i can't get rid of it!

What if you confirm with Yes button?

About your Flash Player is a very old version.

First, uninstall it:

http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/uninstall-flash-player-windows.html

Second, download and install the latest version:

http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/otherversions/

Make sure you close all of your started programs, especially your browsers.
