MyPC Backup false positive

Hi,

 

I am the Product Manager for MyPC Backup, recently a customer has reported MalwareBytes is reporting our application as Malware.

 

The customer is using Malwarebytes Anti-Malware 1.75.0.1300 / Database version: v2013.08.12.07

 

I have attached the MalwareBytes log files from our mutual customer.

 

This application is an automated backup tool, and has from time to time been picked up by various anti-virus and malware systems as false positives. We are open to working on resolving any issue should this flag be genuine and welcome feedback on the results.
