Remotely remove schedules (command line)

3 posts in this topic

Our organization recently pushed out a remote register/schedule script to 100+ machines running MBAM Pro.

One of the commands we used is:

"C:\Program Files (x86)\Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware\mbam.exe" /schedule /scan -full -remove /daily /starting 08/10/2013 03:30:00 /every 1 /silent /wakefromsleep

The problem lies in that some of the machines were already manually configured with a full scan time, and this created duplicate scans. How can we remotely clean/remove scheduled events from machines?

Thank you.

The same way you created them.  You can use a startup script from active directory to delete all tasks with MABM in the name.   Then I would actually recommend using the builtin support for scheduled tasks instead of the Windows task.

You can contact Business Support for further assistance if you like.
