Malwarebytes on admin login has detected PUP.Optional.WeCare.A

Windows update got error message:-Windows Update error 80072ee2, Through research scanned with user login- nor error found

Then scanned admin profile and got the following error:

FYI

registry Keys Detected: 1

HKCR\CLSID\{D824F0DE-3D60-4F57-9EB1-66033ECD8ABB} (PUP.Optional.WeCare.A) -> Quarantined and deleted successfully.

Scanned again and no errors found

PS: widows updated successfully.

What is PUP.Optional.WeCare.A and how can we get rid of it completely?

Why did not show up on user login?
