[SOLVED] Blocking IE 11

I just installed MBAE on a relatively new Windows 8.1 laptop and I can still launch IE 11. Have you tried disabling all add-ons? You may turn them off individually from the Tools menu or gear, or you can open a Command Prompt and from the Program Files\Internet Explorer folder launch IE by typing iexplore -extoff .

Is this system specific Pedro, affecting only certain set-ups?

Certain configs. It was due to one of the new stage1 anti-exploit techniques included in 0.09.5. We just had to polish the rough edges a bit and fine-tune it. I think it will be OK now.

I am having the same IE problem on win 8.1, it will not open.  My MBAE log looks the same as the top post. Can I exclude IE from protection until this is fixed? I only use IE under protest (when website demands it). Normally use Chrome, sometimes FF.  Stopping and restarting protection is clumsy.

Thanks,

Bill
