Accidentally Stole malwarebytes

well i was messing around with two versions of malware bytes one was a patch and one was the most recent version and i was comparing the files so i started trying to get the patch to be 2.2.1. Well it didn't work so i just left it uninstalled malwarebytes and now i have a lifetime subscription . any ideas on how to get rid of the subscription also my version when i try to enter a new licence says it is not connected to the internet even after a fresh install
