Attacks(?) from Malicious Websites

For the last week when I go to my ISP and sign into my email accounts I am constantly receiving notices from Malwarebytes in the bottom right hand corner of my screen that it has blocked a malicious website. I get as many as 3-5 "block" notices a minute (the most common source of the malicious website is  p.algovid.com/169.54.178.215/port 49209, etc). When I sign out of my email the block notices at first decreased considerably but are now increasing rapidly (5 just while writing this email). Is there anything I can do to solve this problem? I assume these are intentional, directed attacks.

BTW, I contacted my ISP Juno and told them with appropriate site info and times. Juno is still thinking about the info I sent them.

MBAM= Malwarebytes.

When you ran a scan did it find anything?

Just updated and ran a scan (which I have been doing 2 a day for the last week along with McAfee scans). Nothing found.

POPUP blocker on Firefox was and is on. Can't find option for rejecting (decline) 3rd-party cookies.

Do you use an ad blocker like Ad Block Plus? I do.

Per your suggestion I downloaded Firefox's ad blocker. That seems to have stopped the problem. Makes me wonder how this problem started. I've never had it.
