Malwarebytes not launching chameleon failing to resolve

Hello! ive been having problems with my computer recently and discovered that my disk usage seems to be stuck at 100% i installed malwarebytes anti malware to resolve this issue however after running the program and starting a scan the program closed (just as the scan was starting) i then looked up some solutions online and fond your forums where i learned to try and use the chameleon feature of your program. i was able to find the file alright and run it however once again when the program attempted to commit to a scan it was stopped. chameleon attempted to kill malware but to was stopped again mid way through. this happened in each of the 13 testable chameleon tabs. if you would help me resolve this issue so that i might run a proper scan and continue using my computer again it would be much appreciated
