cant remove searchinterneat-a.akamaihd.net

Hi

I wonder if anyone can help

Seems like my licenced version of Malwarebytes doesn't remove " searchinterneat-a.akamaihd.net"  from Firefox, it blocks access to the re-directed page (always yahoo), but doesn't remove it.

 

Any help is appreciated.
