1.9.1.1180 Causing Word 2010 to fail

Word could not save a document - said file permissions error, then it failed.  Restart, repeat sequence, same issue.  Removing MBAE fixed the issue

I have just had this same failure again in Word without MBAE installed, so this issue seems not to be related to MBAE.  It only occurs on Mail-merger Doc files so at this stage I am unsure of what the issue is.

Hey John,

 

I have had another customer with some of the same issues. If you are using the mail-merge toolkit, I would look for the latest update. He mentioned he downloaded that and it fixed the issue for him that we initially thought was an MBAE issue as well.
