Error code:20025 unable to upload Anti-Rootkit Driver

Recommended Posts

  • Administrators

Hi @jrock1960,

We usually see that message when a Malwarebytes Anti-Malware scan is being run and more than one User Account is logged on, or the scan is being run from a User Account that does not have Administrator privileges.

  1. Make sure only one User Account is logged in – log out of any others, then run the scan.
  2. Also make sure the User Account has Administrator privileges.
Please let me know if this does not resolve your issue.

Thanks,
Cecile
