How to delete infected objects

Hi friends,

Just downloaded Malwarebytes Anti-Malware and 2 objects were founded infected. How should I delete them by the button remove those files which are in Registry?

Make sure all items are checked and hit "remove selected". This will quarantine the files. You can leave them in quarantine as long as you wish, as they are of no harm in there. I normally leave items in quarantine for about a week to make sure everything is running properly, then I delete them out of quarantine.
