I found this at work last week. Thought I had it whipped. Came back with a vengeance on a teacher's computer. It rapidly more or less disabled all the tools at my disposal. I manually isolated three entries from HijackThis- will try to check the logs tomorrow to see if I really got rid of it and if I can find some helpful info. Hopefully someone better than I am will jump in here with something more authoritative.

That EVNJEYV.exe looks suspicious to me- but I am really only a rookie at this. Seems similar to what I removed (which seemed to allow my tools to work again) Anyone else care to comment?
