"Successfully blocked access to a potentially malicious website"

But, here's the catch, it keeps happening.

I go to tools, then Internet Options, then Privacy, Pop up Blocker, settings, and type in the address of website to allow: website: www.channelsurfing.net/ which in this case the IP address is: 89.248.174.98 then click ALLOW. Here's the problem, I always get a "Malicious warning message with "Successfully blocked access to a potentially malicious website" as the msg. I try repetitively, deleting it and retyping it all over, and this continues to occur. Can anyone please help me here?

Right after the blocked message, Right Click on the malwarebytes icon in the system tray. Go down to "add to ignore list >" and select the IP you wish to allow.
